Here is a list of up-coming Small & Green events. We are not just at 82 Mill Road, we like to turn up in and around Cambridge too!

Sunday 27th November | Clay Farm Eco Christmas Market | 10 – 2pm

Trumpington will be having its first Eco Christmas Market at the Clay Farm Centre in Hobson’s Square, CB2 9FN. There will be a variety of local, independent, eco-friendly businesses to purchase Christmas goodies from.

Join us at Clay Farm Centre in Trumpington where I will be popping up!

 

Saturday 3rd December | Mill Road Winter Fair | 10.30 – 4.30pm

Mill Road Winter FairMill Road Winter Fair is back! Saturday 3rd December 10.30 till 4.30pm. The whole road is closed for this event . There’ll be live music, a food fair and lots of stalls. We will be selling mulled wine and the shop will spill onto the street tempting you inside with lots of lovely Christmas present ideas and great Garden Kitchen food!

 

Sunday 4th December | Flourish Winter Market | 10.30 – 4.30pm

Flourish FarmFlourish Winter Market at Flourish Farm in Hildersham. There’s a cafe that has just opened on site and there’ll be lots of different stalls from over 20 producers.

 

 

Thursday 8th December | WeWork Christmas Market | 10 – 3pm

WeWork CambridgeI’ll be popping up at the offices of WeWork near the station as part of their Christmas market.

 

Friday 16th December | Ely market Festive Friday event | 10 – 4pm

Craft & FleaCraft & Flea, celebrates everything local, crafty, quirky, handmade and eco-friendly.

Join us at St Paul’s Church on Hills Road where I will be popping up with other local Indies . 🙂

 

 

Friday 23rd September | Sad plant & pot sale and plant swap at 82! | 5.30 – 7pm

small & greenThe plants are not that sad really but they are not perfect, they might have a dodgy leaf, browning leaf tips, misshapen stem perhaps, but they need a good home and some TLC! We also have a few chipped, not quite perfect pots too up for grabs. Bring your own cuttings and/or plants from home that you’d like to swap (pest free and labelled please!). I’ll be bringing some too! It’s a great way to pick up a free plant to add to your collection.

Showcasing eco-friendly stalls selling hand-made, locally produced artisan products, plus vegan specialities, local beers and ciders. Fun family event and it’s free entry!

Saturday 13th August | Cambridge Yoga Festival | 10 – 4pm

Small & Green at the Cambridge Yoga FestivalJoin us at the Yoga Festival at St Paul’s Church, Hills Road, Cambridge. I will be popping up on Saturday with other local Indies in one of the halls on the ground floor  🙂

Queen's Platinum JublieeVisit Ely Queen's JubileeThe event is held on Palace and Cross Green in front of the Cathedral in Ely. This year the event will be held in conjunction with Visit Ely and their Jubilee events that will be happening on the same day on St Mary’s green.

Join us in Jubilee celebrations!

Saturday 7th May | Barkway Market near Royston | 10 – 4pm

Barkway Market near Royston
A wonderful mix of stalls and food for a fun day out in the beautiful grounds of one of Barkway’s attractive old houses the market helps to raise funds for local charities. Parking is free and there is a small charge for admission.

Fordham AbbeyJoin us at Fordham Abbey gardens for their Daffodils and Cherry Blossom Garden Open day. The event hall cafe will be open for hot Japanese lunch and tea and cakes. Advance entry £10 per person and there are limited tickets available. We are located next to the cafe and Sake brewery! I am popping up with Ecojapan, The Essential Soaps and Ignium Candle Company.

I am running a succulent terrarium making workshop as part of a course organised by Cambridge Art Makers in Linton. This course is now fully booked but do check out the courses they run because there are a rich variety of wonderful arty courses available regularly to book such as jewellery making, needlework, watercolour to name a few!

I am popping up at ARU as part of Hidden Gems, a small independent business pop up market 12 till 4pm. An event giving small local businesses the chance to promote their brand to a new audience.

Sunday 13th February | Chocolate Festival at Histon Smokehouse | 11 – 3pm

I am popping up at the very first Cambridge Chocolate Festival to be held at Histon Smokehouse. Sponsored by Click it Local and Small and Green. This runs from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th and has been curated by Riadh of Bumble and Oak.

Lots of events and things to do, see and eat. Book your table via Histon Smokehouse on their website, scrolling down to book through OpenTable at histonsmokehouse.co.uk On the Sunday I will be bringing lots of wonderful Small and Greens in one of the garden stalls and throughout the weekend there will be a selection of our handmade terrariums featuring on all of the tables inside the main restaurant for your to view and purchase. In the garden from 10 till 3pm with a host of chocolate makers and independent businesses who all love food!  Meadows, Barbarella, Bumble and Oak are among those popping up over the weekend.
