Come and join us for a terrarium making workshop held at our new venue in the Mill Road Community Centre 6 Hazell Street CB1 2GN. The community centre can be found by turning into Headly Street from Mill Road (where the old Mill Road library is) and walking a short distance then turning right into Hazell Street and the centre is on your right. Please buzz at the door on arrival and we will let you in.
Each workshop runs for approximately 1.5 hours and please arrive promptly at the start time specified for your workshop. Workshops start promptly at 6pm. The workshop includes all plants and materials needed to make a 17cm diameter vessel.
All participants receive a non alcoholic drink on arrival.
There will be a short introduction explaining the history of the terrarium and the elements that make up our mini ecosystems. Then there will be a demonstration of how to make up your vessel. You can then choose all your plants and start getting creative! You will also be eligible for a 10% discount off all products on your first visit to the shop after the workshop ends, just mention this to us at the till before payment.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a reminder email on the week of the workshop.
